Service Description

This class will utilize the Flexistretcher® strength and flexibility training tool to lengthen muscles and increase range of motion to reduce injury. Focus will be on Dynamic, Active, Passive, Static and Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation in order to both strengthen and increase flexibility in the major muscle groups. Students are encouraged to work at their own level and range of motion. This class is designed to improve range of motion and flexibility, but not designed as physical therapy for healing and restoration. Students attending this class should be free from injuries or medical concerns which would prohibit their own level of range of motion. Recommended Attire: comfortable fitness wear to allow mobility, socks or athletic footwear, bring a towel or yoga mat for floor work.
